DESIGN & TURNAROUND TIME
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. For pre-designed templates and digital products, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.
We work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. We are closed on weekends and observe all federal holidays.
For custom design packages, turnaround times vary depending on scope and availability. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for new custom projects to begin. For an accurate timeline, contact us before placing your order.
Custom Project Scope: Once a custom project has started, the scope cannot be changed. Additional requests may result in timeline extensions and pricing adjustments. All pricing estimates are subject to revision based on project complexity.
RESPONSE TIME
We aim to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. However, due to our workflow, status check emails may not receive immediate replies. We appreciate your patience as we focus on delivering quality work.
COLOR VARIATION
Please note that color representation may vary due to screen differences. While we do our best to present products accurately, colors may appear differently once printed or viewed on other devices.
EDITABLE FILES & FONTS
Many of our designs come with editable Canva or layered files when noted. Fonts used in our designs are third-party assets and are not included for download. However, we always provide font names and sourcing links for legal and easy access.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Although you may receive a shipping confirmation, all products are delivered digitally via email or a download link. You will not receive any physical items from us.
PREMADE DESIGN POLICIES
Our premade brand boards and templates are delivered as shown and processed within 1–3 business days. Graphic elements are not altered unless otherwise specified. Font changes or graphic edits may incur additional fees.
You are welcome to use our premade designs for your own brand and marketing purposes. However, they may not be trademarked or copyrighted. If you need exclusive rights or plan to trademark your branding, we recommend purchasing a custom design package. WebArtPixel retains rights to all premade design assets.
PROJECT TIMELINE & STORAGE
Projects (custom or premade) that remain inactive for 90 days will be marked as closed. After this period, resuming the project may require a new agreement.
All files are securely stored for 6 months. After that, they are automatically deleted to manage storage. Projects must be re-purchased if started after that time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once design proofs have been provided or files delivered.
